Pay but no payed up letter
After three years of trying to get these guys to take the contract I cancelled off my name I gave up and payed the penalty fees....... now to get the payed up letter is taking weeks. How could MTN legal not have telephones? Ridiculous. Multiple emails and calls and all the can say is that it will either take 72hours or after that 5-7days. Utter rubish

21 Jun 2018, 06:55Really? No you don’t...,,, I’ve called that number numerous times and they say legal can only be contacted via “the system” or email. Have a look at all your other customer complaints.... they have the same issue
