PAY BACK THE MONEY MTN
I terminated 2 mtn contract at the end of October 2015 after being a customer for over 4yrs. However, my bank account was debited on the 1st of November and December. Each debit order amount is R738. My bank has been able to reverse the 1st of December debit order but not the November one because its older than 40days. On the 21st of December I raised this with Wenzi Sibanyoni from MTN retentions department and she escalated it to MTN Billing. I was told my MTN account would be credited with R320. I don't know how they calculated the R320, also I don't have a contract anymore so which account are they going to credit??? PAY BACK THE MONEY INTO MY BANK ACC WHERE YOU TOOK IT.<br> <br> I just got an sms today saying my account is overdue by R429.40 which is ridiculous cause i cancelled my contract in October.<br> <br> MTN PAY BACK MY R738 THAT YOU INCORRECTLY TOOK FROM MY BANK ACC AND SHUT DOWN MY MTN CONTRACT!!!
