PAY BACK THE MONEY

I have called multiple times to resolve this issue.

Customer service is putrid.

I have been sent from pillar to post. From Call centre to retentions ,retentions to billing. Billing back to call centre. Every time I've called , does mtn not have processes ? Or does the people who work there not know how to do their jobs?

I am tired of begging Mtn to refund my money for a mistake that they have made.

I have been promised that I would get feedback and call will be returned but still nothing.

No accountability, no service, no care in the world.

This is not the first time I've been treated with so much nonchalant attitudes.

Why do I have to complain on socials to get assistance? If im even going to get assistance. But I will continue to leave a bad reviews until my query is resolved.
