PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!

When Autopage closed I was forced against my will to become a MTN client.

I accidentaly pained 1 month extra to Autopage, as I didnt realised that we already went over to mtn, all MTN's statements and emails went to my Junk folder. MTN then suggested that i pay the amount to them as well, because by then my line was suspended, and that they will then relay the matter to Autopage which will reimburse me.

I did that on the 27th of July, and I still have not received my money. My contract is expiring in 6 days, after many many emails, phone calls, going to the shop, I am still waiting; actually just received an sms that my line will be suspended in 2 days. After another 2 hour shop visit last week! And everytime I walk out there, or put the phone down, it is apparently sorted out. I doubt that I will ever see that money.

Dear Peggy,
REQ: **********
Thank you for your reply.
What should I do when my contract expires 31 October and the money has not yet been refunded?
I was hoping to keep my number when I move to another service provider on 1 November.

Lilise Rebb
