Pay back my money MTN....you pathetic...

Paid my account, made a small mistake. Instead of putting my cell no as ref i put it at my account detail. MTN is trying to solve the problem with there proffesional staff for 3 months, i send them the proof of payment and they cannot even see the small mistake i made not even pick the payment on there system. My lord, how in the world do you imploy people that is so dump. Really this is unexceptable, i have debit orders and they take a double installement because they stupid.........
