Pay back My Money (MTN) False Advertising

Hello Peter. MTN has ripped me off through their false adverti*****t when i took up a cell phone contract with them. on advertising they mention that you will only pay for the contract for 24 months but then only to find out that after 24 months they had been debiting my account still. I called them asking for help and a refund based on the impression given by the ad its self and i was promised to be called back regarding the issue. I spoke to a line manage there and sent him an email who promised to get back to me but its been over more than 4 months now if im not mistaken. IO am ****ed off and highly ********** by this company as they gave me and all others an impression which does not exist. Im sure they do have a retentions department which should be responsible for cancelling and retaining customer. I was not even offered a new contract even though they had debited over R1000.00 to date until i called in or sent an email to Gordon Hlongwane who has not responded to me in 3 months. <br> <br> =MTN i want my money now. I still have emails to prove my interaction with the assitance i was promised in February.
