Good day. The number is ***. I bought a new sim today and it is working perfect. The money on the sim is now lost but that is also okay. If you are able to put it on the new sim I will be thank full. The new number ***. Thanks Sarah

Good Day vandermerwe001,

Kindly note that have tried contacting you without any luck. Please be advised that cell number 071*****86 is active on the network and the airtime and data is still available on this sim, please test the sim and advise if not working. Unfortunately we cannot transfer the airtime to the new sim on our side, if the sim is working you may use the ME2U transfer service(*141*6328*cellnumber*amount#ok) to transfer the airtime to the new sim alternatively you may contact our prepaid helpdesk on 173 for further ***istance.

Good day, The sim is not working and the girl at MTN try to send it to the new sum with No luck. It does not help to phone 173 as you cannot get hold of a consultant. So best you Mtn take the money. Maybe you can use to pay a consultant. Thanks anyway.
