Pay and get suspended!
I had a debit order and missed one month (lack of funds due to wedding) a few days later I payed via eft. This was in July, ever since I have been suspended every second week. Then I have to go into the branch correct it by sending a Proof of Payment and then a week later again I am suspended. It is as if nobody does what they are supposed to. They always smile and help me when I am there but the after service lacks commitment!
