Paul the consultant who handled a angry frustrated mother

I would like to compliment Paul at retention. Who went out of his way to help me, after being given the round around for almost a week. My daughter wifi contract has now been canceled Thank you,more consultants should try and be as help as Paul. Who dealt with me in a completely professional way, I wasn't the easiest person to deal with as my daughter is overseas and can't phone herself and after 4 phone calls and being given the run around.
