Pathtic to say the least from MTN

So please tell me this, all I want to do is cancel my wifi router and I have been pushed from pillar to post the whole time told that I need to call 135 then told that I need to go to the store then told that I need the POP for the device but they can pull it up at the store and yet no one has the ab]ility to lift their asses and just print the receipt for me to book the device in, I will never ever use MTN services again and will be sure that everyone I know knows about the experience I have had dealing with mtn and the pathetic service from Alberton Mall as well.
