PATHITIC CALL CENTER

I have been trying for the past 2 hours with the contact center to change my primary number. every time i get put on hold and then the line drops. i have phone back 3 times and have to explain everything again.... Does anybody knows what the hell they are doing at MTN. this is pathetic service.
