Pathetic....NO service

MTN Mondo wifi.....I wish to this day that I never signed up with you!! Every month we pay for service not received! 8/10 times we don't have internet connection DAILY!!! When I contact Mondo I get referred to an MTN shop. Your contract clearly stipulate that should we end the contract we will still be liable for payment for the remaining duration of our contract but does this still apply if we don't get service? Several other MTN users have logged complaints and yet nothing changed. Let me guess....you are going to tell me "it's because of loadshedding" - the easiest excuse the days. Well, that don't work for me. I will most certainly NOT refer you to any of our friends/family/community.
