PATHETIC WORTHLESS PEACE OF **** STORE AND EMPLOYEES

Absolute bullshut of customer service, a lady by the name of janel or something has no care whatsoever about helping customers...I bought a router and before I even touched it I found out it's locked to mtn network only and decided to ask for a refund since I'm practically not gonna benefit from the product coz I wanna use it with rain and they practically refused to refund me until the manager came and said the would refund me...and the refund process was terrible they asked me to insert my card on the machine again and claimed I've been refunded when there's no sms showing on my phone...they immediately gave me a lot of papers to sign and I signed the 1st one and when I asked to see the page so I can read properly JANEL got so mad and gave me an extremely bad attitude and they even asked me to leave the shop when I didn't get my refund and I don't have any router...the manager had the audacity to say I'm the one who decided to come to their store
