Pathetic Worse Service Ever

<p>i went too the Police station too say i lost my phone.They told me i need an ITC number from my service provider.Waiting an hour on the phone i expolained too the woman i lost my phone.She typed on system my phone was ******.I told her again my phone was lost. Waited further for 15 min.She then told me she cannot do anything as her system is not working.I decided too drive too Mtn and explain my story.They said they could not help me. I have insurance whi ch i pay,They need not want too help me.I decided to cancell the insurance and suspend my account and pay the contract finished. I will never ever do buisness with mtn and will advise any person not too do buisness with them. i have now moved too telkom.Your service is the worst ever.You just after money thats it. I have now moved too Telkom who is so much better </p>
