Pathetic with MTN & Rewardsco

So very annoyed with MTN and Rewardsco, on the 27.08.2020 I received a contract indicating that I was approved for the upgrade and that I was gonna be contacted for delivery till today(08.09.2020) I have not heard anything from anyone. Everytime I call it's either someone don't see any of my order when I give them my ID number and then when I give them the order number *** and then I am told someone from sales will call me to arrange delivery. Not sure by what to believe, MTN wasted my time could have contacted other service providers. This was an online application. My cellphone ***
