Pathetic with its employees

Pathetic service, worst consultants ever and I don't even want to mention the complaints department. I have a contract with mtn and 2 of my sim cards were suspended its been 3 months with successful debits but the sim cards have been suspended and no one is assisting me for a sim swap.
