Pathetic/ Useless Manager

Feb this year I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 at the MTN in Mall @ Carnival (next to Mr Price clothing shop 35). With this upgrade I was offered a free phone cover. As they did not have stock at that time, I was told by the consultant (Christo) that he will give me a call once the cover has arrived. He never called. As I work in the same mall I went back multiple times to inquire about my cover and each time I was told I will be contacted. Almost a year later I still have not received my cover. This week I went back AGAIN (+-20th time)...I spoke to a black lady (apparently the manager which I still cannot believe) and like the previous times I retold the whole story over and was told by her that she will take my details and call me back. At this point in time (I emphasis ALMOST A YEAR LATER I am pretty irritated, frustrated and annoyed) I told her that I want this sorted today as giving my details wont help as no one ever gets back to me. I told her I am not leaving until I have my cover when she then rep**** \Ok
