Pathetic Upgrade Experience at MTN!!

I requested an upgrade, and didnt realise I was dealing with CCI SA. I am still awaiting feedback though I confirmed the upgrade over the phone!!? How long does this take MTN!!!??? I am appalled at this service. Query *** refers
