Pathetic unfilled promisis from MTN

<br> I wrote a letter to Hello Peter ( Shocking service *** on the 15/05/2015) in desperation as for the passed few months to try an get some attention from MTN in connection with my account statements. Yes I did receive a empty promise from Mantoa REQ: *** from MTN the same day but that is once again it. After looking at all the other responses, Montoa has obviously run out of words as most of the responses are identical, what a shame. It is quiet obvious MTN is not wanting my business. Just remember MTN, the small businesses in this country all add up to the majority of the business sector, you MTN have lost the plot. I NEED A DETAILED STATEMENT TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE BILLING ME FOR EVERY MONTH. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR MTN!!!!!
