PATHETIC TRAINING
I received a call purporting to be from a woman called Thobani from a Mobile company representing MTN on an *** number (engaged if you phone it back). Thobani was more than eager to offer me a fantastic package 'MTN' had specially selected me for until I told her that after seven long years with MTN I couldn't wait to part ways with the brand as soon as my contract comes to an end due to their pathetic levels of response and service. On realising there wasn't about to be any commission to be made, good old Thobani simply slammed down the phone...well done MTN, just another reason to disassociate with your brand and the way it conducts itself.
