Pathetic support/retention service - cancelation

I wouldn't even want to give a single star. I have not used th contract phone or Sim for th product for over a year. I have paid up the contract and am trying to cancel. It's been 6months that I'm trying to cancel. But debit orders keep going through. Every month I call back and provide reference numbers, they say they can't find them on thier side. I have been retrenched and they keep deducting. This is unfair and cruel! I have just had a baby kw as well. They cannot be deducting. Service is ridiculous!!!!
