Pathetic Services provided by MTN

MTN Insurance call center is such a disgrace number one and secondly for a fast track claim you have to wait for 7-14 days waiting for feedback. When you apply for a claim they don't tell you that , comes claiming time you get such issues like this.

I have been into numerous insurance entities but I have never experience such bad service and rude call centers agents.

They should go for a telephone etiquette and customer services since they don't know how speak to clients.
