Pathetic services from MTN South Africa

The WORST network to deal with EVER! They don't communicate with the clients, they loose devices, they make you wait for MONTHS to repair devices, they don't assist in anyway, their call center staff never knows anything and are extremely rude, they send automated responses when they get tired of hearing from you ,they are down right disgusting and I would advise that if you want to buy a cellular phone or contract AVOID MTN like the plague.. Like Covid-19! All you will get is problems and they are extreme *****! I'm taking them to the ombudsman and possibly court.. Pathetic #BOYCOTTMTN I would minus 10 stars let alone give them any
