PATHETIC SERVICES FROM MTN!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!! I have been applying for a black Friday contract deal with mtn and calling them is absolutely useless because their own employees can't direct the calls directly... Each department from retentions to sales to direct all say they can't help me and I need to wait for the call... If I dnt receive a call I won't get da deal as it's close to end of deal!!!! I have been going bk n forth for an advert that might even nt go through so mtn makes us like fools by making us apply
