Pathetic services from MTN

Most pathetic and unhelpful customer service from store supervisor Lucas Mphele to agents K****tso Tladi Siyabongo Majola My account was blocked due to MTN having unskilled or trained people who advise incorrectly and neither on the same page. My proof of payments were sent to these agents who drop the call on you and just put you on hold over 30 minutes.Never to respond to emails as my line is blocked. Had this contract for over 20 years but with this pathetic experience I rather move to another provider that will provide customer services. I have been inconvenienced cannot receive or make calls due to unskilled people.
