Pathetic services

Pathetic services ,ordered a home wifi router on July 24th toke a whole week to deliver ,once they delivered there was a problem with biometrics .waited 2 weeks to get it manually approved by than i just chose another service provider which ended up delivering it within the week and everything was up and running.Courier guy came back to deliver i refused the MTN delivery .waited another week for it to be sent back to mtn .sent in multiple tickets for a refund as services werent even rendered tickets where just closed ,finally got through to mtn service desk sent the proof of payment and details they needed yet a day later they said no documents were provided ,and closed the ticket .MTN has the worst service possible and arent even refunding me over there own terrible service
