PATHETIC SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND DO NOT CORRECT THEM

I really can't understand how a company could have such disgraceful service I have been phoning after u guys for almost 2 weeks now trying to correct a mistake made on your part. I have contacted your call centre mtn direct and had mangers and consultants lie to me and put the phone down while I am still explaining the situation to them they do not even have the decency to contact me back to let me know if anything has changed. I should not even be running after you guys as use are in the wrong you sold me the wrong contract now you dont want to fix it has anyone had similar problems? I will also be posting this on facebook and will get it shared many times as I feel people should know what the getting themselves into when dealing with mtn (*********** and ************* people and the worst service possible)
