Pathetic service, Worst service provider ever
This is the worse service ever, I have been put on hold by Sydney for 30 minute, which he promised to called regard my query 1- ********** 8846 from the 17th of april till date .
The service is PATHETIC, not are you useless but also are lowest , *****ing from you customers.
I need my issue resolve by the end of business today, if not cancel my contract as you are in bridge of contract . This contract is non-voidable. The consultant misrepresented this contract if you are able to load an incorrect data plan and not try resolve the issue. IT CAN NOT TAKE 8 DAY TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE.

YOU HAVE LOADED 2 GIGS FOR THE SECOND MONTH , YET BILL FOR THE FULL AMOUNT .
I HAVE INSTRUCTED MY BANK TO AUTHORIZE ONLY DEBIT ORDER FOR THE CONTRACT OF CELLPHONE ********** 668.
I WILL NOT BE HELD HOSTAGE BY AN *********** COMPANY THAT ARE IN BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT .
THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING .
