PATHETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

Good Day ,
I am writing this email with such utter thwart in the service i have received from the MTN Call Centre.
I called and i spoke to one of your consultants by the name of Mcebisi Mpongoshe , the reason for the call was to request for my contract to be terminated as i no longer require any form of services from MTN.
I was informed i am going to lose all my data to which i have no problem with that fact , however i find it very pedantic that i must now lose the other data which was bought using my own money ?? how in the hell does that happen , isn't it that it must be transferred to my number as i requested to be converted to prepaid ?
My major concern now is that i just spoke to Palesa who informed me that i still have an invoice owing to MTN , when in my last interactions with one of your consultants i was informed my last debit order is set for Nov'2015 , NOW TO MY SURPRISE I STILL OWE YOU!!!
I lodged a complaint on the 24th Nov'15 , and as always no one at MTN takes customer experience in a serious light , i have not been contacted to this very moment to address my concerns and qualms!!! This to me is reflection of how you view us as your \customers"we are simply jus"""
