MTN is very quick to debt money from ones account but takes a month to deliver the device, I am dissatisfied with the delivery people involved as well as the sales department, Management has no decency to call or mail, this is disgusting, after calling for weeks (3 weeks to be exact) i am told that they had a stock take?! ppfft! Can you guys not send a sms to notify the customer that there will be a delay in the delivery? You guys are so quick to debt money out of my account and assure me that the account is up to date yet no device!
