PATHETIC SERVICE: SIM SWAP GOING FOR 48 HOURS UNPROCESSED

I have never experienced such pathetic service from a service provider, my phone got ****** a few days back so I decided to do a sim swap hence I've been using the same mtn number for 15 years. I went to the mtn store and submitted an affidavit and they told me that the sim swap will be processed within 2-24 hours. Till today nothing has been done, the contact center staff can't perform a simple escalation which clearly indicates they are poorly managed and lack the skill. Today I phoned the mtn store where I did the sim swap and they told me to wait till 3pm. I waited, guess what! Sim swap hasn't been processed...I'm so sick & tired of mtn, please give your staff more knowledge on your products. I am still waiting for the sim swap, I can't work, I can't access my banking apps..can I have this escalated ASAP! I demand my cellphone number back before this weekend.
