Pathetic service sies MTN

If being kka was a person it would be MTN it's taking them 2months to sort of incorrect billing and to provide service. Tried cancelling the contract none contract now I'm told I owe them when I've never had use of the service for a month, a customer service agent told me that the reason I had no service in August was because I paid after the 4th and my service will be available in September, well guess what it's the 20th and my service has been disconnected, tried speaking to an agent who thinks his smart but does not listen, asked MTN for the recordings of the more than 12calls they dropp the phone MTN your service is pathetic
