Pathetic Service, shop 1316 rustenburg Waterfall

Mtn Waterfall Mall shop 1316 Unfortunately they don't even deserve a rating.

Such terrible service from the whole team, they practically looked @ us waiting outside with my fiance without any assistance, why do you have 3 people in the store & none of them are even willing to assist us????

The lady (Portia ) if that's her real name & her manager don't even deserve to be helping customers...., upon venting my frustration about they're service they all went to sit in the storeroom & left us on the floor.....no wonder I'm using Vodacom....your service is pathetic to say the least

The 2nd mtn store next to pick & pay have great service, it took them less than 10mins to help my fiancee block a ****** phone.
