Pathetic service. Rude staff member.

I went to Mtn Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain to do a Sim swop. First inconvenience was that they were "offline" and they sent me to a clothing store to buy a Sim card. I was assisted by a Moegamat George who is without a doubt the laziest and rudest individual in the service industry. The entire time I was there he was on his cellphone. Not paying any attention or explaining anything just going about his business with his undivided attention on that cellphone. With the previous client as well. The offhanded way he speaks to customers is unacceptable and disrespectful. Especially for a person that's fasting. As if assisting clients is such a huge inconvenience to him. I'm sorry you took the job and had to be there to assist me port my number I had for the past 15 years. When the Sim swop was done he just hands me the slip and back on his cellphone as if I was supposed to smell he's done. Not a thank you or anything, just sits there and proceeds to ignore me. If you not interested in being there and assisting clients then don't take the job. My first mistake was going to a store in Mitchell's Plain, this is the usual treatment you receive in stores in Mitchells plain. They have this attitude that you don't deserve their attention and respect because you shopping in Mitchell's Plain. I want to add that after the previous client left this Moegamat individual said to his colleague and I quote "yare that bra just waste my &%@#& time" No way of speaking while in the company of another client. I wonder what was said after I left.

I suggest you don't use this store and rather leave the area if you want proper service.
