Pathetic Service & Rude Agents

I placed an online order on 24 November for an additional contract. Supp**** all documents on same day. Repeatedly following up with no assistance. Call centers cannot assist and refer to various wrong departments! One lady was so rude she said well only the email can assist so keep emailing them. Your service is so pathetic one company cannot assist on a new contract?? Even customer care emailed the wrong department as part of the followup. I was then told by Thandeka today that she sent an email to Nonsipho Khoza and to date have got no response. If you cannot provide a service stop wasting peoples time, there are other companies we can go to. I have been severely inconvenienced!
