PATHETIC SERVICE!!! *** [#946350L
IT'S REALLY FRUSTRATING TO BATTLE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET UPGRADES DONE WITH MTN!!! I'VE GOT A TOP UP CONTRACT AS WELL AS A DATA CONTRACT WITH MTN, PREVIOUSLY WITH NASHUA MOBILE. FROM THE START JUST EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS. WHEN WE PHONED SUPPOSEDLY CUSTOMER SERVICES, 808, YOU STRUGGLE TO GET THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT, HAVE TO PHONE SEVERAL TIMES, HOLDING ON FOR 5MINUTES OR LONGER EVERYTIME,IF CAN'T HOLD ANY LONGER, HAVE TO TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN, THEN IT DOESN'T HELP TO TALK TO A CONSULTANT. THEY CAN'T SUPPLY YOU WITH THE NECCESSARY INFORMATION, CAN'T COMMUNICATE WHAT'S THE HOLD UP, WHY THE UPGRADES ARE NOT BEING PROCESSED AND FINALIZED. EVEN THE CONSULTANT IN THE MTN SHOP STRUGGLES TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICES TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND SORT OUT THE MATTER OF THE CREDIT LIMIT THAT MUST BE INCREASED. SEVERAL EMAILS HAVE BEEN SEND BY ME,REQUESTING MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER, AS WELL AS JACO FROM MTN SHOP IN MOKOPANE, REQUESTING THAT THE DATA LINE'S CREDIT LIMIT IS INCREASED TO GET THE UPGRADE DONE. NO LUCK OR JOY AFTER 5 WEEKS, TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!! IF MTN CAN'T HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF CLIENTS, THEY MUST JUST SAY SO, LOOSE A LOT OF CLIENTS!!!
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.
We see from our system that the upgrade was done and your invoice dated 01st April also shows this. However, you were erroneously charged the upgrade fee twice, but a request has already been sent to the relevant team to credit your account - the reference number for this request is REQ:***.
We trust that all is now in order.
Regards
Mary
