Pathetic Service received

<p>I called MTN last month, due to me receiving calls from lawyers stating my account is handed over. MTN assured me my account is up to date, as there is a debit order in place. this morning i received the same sms, and a call from a Lerato who is still adimant that my acc is handed over. i contacted MTN after holding to speak to a team leader or manager for over 15 minutes, my line was just cut or dropped. no one had the courtesy to call back. when i told the consultant if i could conference the call, she said no they do not make outbound calls. yet i said i will conference the call. still no joy and being called by lawyers almost every week. can i get this resolbed ASAP</p>
