Pathetic service provision. Queries dont get attended to effectively and efficiently.

I have been experiencing terrible billing on my data lines and this problem as been going on for almost a year. I find data has been loaded on one of the lines which I did not request, this results in constant disconnection of service so that I pay for data that I did not request. Pathetic service characterise the outlet that I use , the Cascades outline you never get your problem addressed. When they tell you they are making a follow up , they just say so to get you off their face. I regret doing business with this service provider. Right now we also have a laptop that has a problem that we purchased through the same outlet, its exactly 2 months after they took in the laptop and it now seems we have a problem. My husband went to find out what's the position and was ignored and not attended to. Anyone intending to get anything through outlet I have had terrible experience with these guys.
