Pathetic service provider. Money eating scheme

Pathetic service from MTN all I want is for them to cancel my contract and instead they are billing me even more money for data I'm not using because they said I should not use it from the 01 December. They just eat your hard earned money even after following their terms and conditions of cancellation.
