Pathetic service provider!!!

I reported on 14/072021 that the tower on our farm is down. Today, 03 August it is still down. MTN can't tell me why this issue have not been resolved going 3 weeks now. I find this totally unacceptable! I can't work after hours and my wife that is teaching online too. This is not the first time that we have this issue with MTN but they just don't care!!!!! Will never, ever, recommend them to someone else. They don't value you as a client or corporate client. Pathetic!!!
