Pathetic service provider

MTN your service is pathetic, someone managed to do a simswap using my number. He is now asking people for money on whatsaap pretending to be me. I reported this to mtn, in less than a day I have spoken to more than 4 agents, all giving me a different story and even now the problem is not solved. I'm done with MTN, I will stick with telkom thank you!!
