PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

This company is seriously pathetic!!!! all calls are supposedly "recorded" but no trace of a call that took place?? HOW!!

I have been logging calls/emailing/ DM and to date no RESOLUTION!!!!

MY INITIAL CALL WAS THE 02/07/2023 and TO DATE no feedback! no resolution! and my tickets /calls magically disappear and no recollection of it!
