I hate your service!!!!!You are not even worth a 1 star rating!!!Been struggling since 2020 to get an amount from your retentions department to cancel my phone.When you phone the call centre,you have to wait who knows how long to get through to someone!!When you visit the store,call the store or call the call centre,the system is offline!!Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every month you cut off my husbands phone for around R120,after I know I paid extra for the month,yet you never send me a bill,I always have to guess what the amount is.I have had it!!!!!!!!!!!!!Get your system sorted!!!Get staff that actually want to do their job!!!There are a lot of people out there that actually want to work
