PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

This has to be the most unprofessional and UNORGANISED organisation. My husbands account has been handed over by 3 DIFFERENT DEBT COLLECTORS, WE HAVE PAID ONE. The rest keep harassing us and MTN has said the account is paid, the owe us money but they will not provide me with a PAID UP LETTER as this is affection my husbands credit record. If I ever knew that opening a contract would MTN would be such a problem, I would have NEVER.
