Pathetic service / Owing me money

I have tried to cancel a contract since last year. If I phone, they tell me they cannot hear me. I emailed the retention email. They send me a reference number and still today it's not been cancelled. I have my account with MTN at least 25 years and the last year was the most useless service I ever received from them.
