PATHETIC service - or rather the lack theroff in total!!

Wish I could give a minus star rating! We have complained numerous times about the pathetic coverage and lack of actual internet/data provided, but it is only getting worse. Every time we just get a new excuse. False promises that's all. And to top it all our contract amount has gone up by R 50 on a R 799 contract - how is it even legal to up a contract amount. Surely if they can amend the contract I can cancel it seeing as we are actually not getting the service we pay a premium price for.... I'm just so fed up with this pathetic service- or rather the lack thereof!!!
