Pathetic Service - Online Sales

I did a online application for a device which was approved 30 June 2017. After phoning 6 times to MTN Direct, no-one could help me as to when my phone will be delivered.

Finally, the phone was delivered on 19 September 2017 (2 months later). Upon delivery, the device was delivered WIHTOUT a SIM card.

I phoned MTN and they just keep on redirecting me to the next person every time I call, because no-one knows where my SIM card is.

I urge everyone NOT to make use of the MTN online sales ever!!!! I have never received such bad service from any company in my life!!!!
