Pathetic service once again from MTN

I sent MTN executive complaints an email on the 26/06/2019, they issued me with a reference number 382397, the email says they respond within 8-12 business hours, it has since been days and i havent received any feed back, i sent numerous follow up emails, and didnt even get an acknowledgement email back, your service sucks, from the call centre to the executives, you guys are rogues!!!!
