pathetic service of mtn

Mtn online called e to offer a home device contract.like an idiot i took it. Little did i know the nightmare awaiting me. I receive it end of September till not its not activated. When i inserted the a care it went deep in, and im not able to retrieve it , all mtn in east london say they are franchises and i must call online. Online says i must go to mtn direct. Its now the 22 October no one at mtn can fetch the device
