Pathetic service of frausters

MTN does not have service at all. Their complaints management team is worse and useless as they don’t even investigate or resolve your complaint but just respond to your email by telling you what you already know. No accountability nothing. My complaint was logged on the 26/01/25 to this day nothing has been done I’ve been transferred from department to department I even called head office nobody can do anything. Who is the CEO of MTN I wonder if he is aware he is running a circus.
